Had some trouble with the Key code but servicetook care of it on line. Up and running now.
Downloaded the install link and and didnt go as planned. …
Downloaded the install link and immediately ran into a problem. Window popped up saying "We can't install". To install this product, first uninstall the following and try again: Microsoft OneNote Microsoft 365 After removing these items, install went smoothly. It is a brand new laptop so I didn't think those items were preloaded on it, but I guess they were.
Great Deal and Easy Install
As described in the add I received the download packet in a few minutes and, after I deleted the old Office items, the product downloaded and worked all within 5-10 minutes. Very satisfied with the price and their prompt response.
