Sales Agreement
Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Recy Code. Recy Code is the owner and operator of this platform.
Please note that every order placed constitutes an offer to purchase products from Recy Code and is subject to these terms and conditions.
Recy Code retains the copyright for all content on its website, including the logo, text, and graphical elements.

1. Definitions

• Company refers to Recy Code, based at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA
• Customer refers to any individual or business entity seeking to purchase products from the company.
• Product refers to any computer, computer hardware, or product license key sold or proposed for sale by the company. Free technical support, including download links or additional services offered at no charge and with no guarantees, is not considered a “product” as defined here.
• Agreement refers to any transaction or proposed transaction between the company and the customer related to the sale or purchase of products.

These terms and conditions apply to and are incorporated into every agreement between the company and the customer.
They supersede any prior terms and conditions and take precedence over the customer’s terms unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Price

The company reserves the right to adjust prices to correct errors or omissions.

3. Payment

• Payment for all products must be completed in full at the time of order, using any of the available payment methods on the website.
• No product will be delivered until the payment transaction has been authorized.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, the company reserves the right to withhold delivery.
• The company may provide customer information to law enforcement or relevant authorities upon request in cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity.

4. Product

• Products available for purchase include computers, hardware, or pre-owned product keys that activate compatible software and may require phone activation.
• The company guarantees activation of a single copy of the corresponding software on one device.
• Digital product sales comply with the First Sale Doctrine under 17 U.S.C. & 109, which permits the resale of lawfully purchased copies of copyrighted works.
• Download links or paid support services are not sold by the company.

5. Delivery

• Physical Products: Delivered via international postal services or other available methods.
• Digital Products: Delivered instantly via the customer’s account on the website and e-mail after successful payment, requiring account registration.

While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not the company’s liability and do not entitle the customer to cancel or refuse delivery.

6. Usage

• Customers are responsible for the correct installation of software.
• Physical products must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Improper use may void eligibility for returns.

7. Cookies

Customers consent to the use of cookies on the Recy Code website.

8. Jurisdiction

Recy Code operates under the laws of the United States of America.
